What You Need to Include In a Loan Submission

At Atlas, we strive to make the loan process as seamless as possible. In order to facilitate this, we ask you to provide the following items when submitting for a loan:

  • Property Description (Address, Building Information, Etc.) *
  • Current Rent Roll *
  • Income and Expenses (last 2 years and YTD) *
  • Property Photos
  • Contract (If Purchase)
  • Resumes and PFS for Principles of Borrowing Entity

If your loan request is for new construction or substantial rehab, please also include:

  • Budget (Land Acquisition Cost Plus Hard and Soft Cost)
  • Proforma of Income and Expenses
