In 1995, Kevin co-founded what is now Atlas Commercial Capital. Over the past 35 years, Kevin has acted in numerous fiduciary capacities including his role as a bank and pension fund mortgage manager. Kevin’s background includes all aspects of closing transactions, from loan origination, underwriting, and credit review, to asset sale and purchase valuation analysis. Kevin is a licensed real estate broker and has effected the sale of apartments, warehouses, retail, and office buildings. He has closed hundreds of transactions, and under his management, he has been instrumental in thousands of closings.

JUDY BROWN | Director

Atlas Commercial Capital

Judy has been at Atlas Commercial Capital for over seven years. She started her finance career at CIT Financial – Citibank in NYC and later on became Corporate Controller for a Real Estate Investment Company with a concentration on Easements and Contracts. With over 30 years of experience in accounting, underwriting and organizational leadership, Judy brings valuable experience to the Atlas Organization.

Kevin (KP) is a Managing Member of Atlas Limited Partnerships. KP previously worked as a SEC licensed private client banker for JP Morgan Chase in Los Altos, California. Kevin brings his wealth of knowledge about security structures to the Atlas team. Kevin also has a background in Financial Modeling and Analysis for real estate transactions.
